We understand your finances may be constrained and so we'll make every effort to locate a suitable house design which meets your requirements as well as your financial capability.

Once the house design is agreed upon, the search for a suitable allotment commences. We price up the turnkey solution and propose a sales contract for your and your finance institution's approval. You pay a deposit and finalise the finance arrangement to pay for the build on the chosen land.

When finance is arranged, the land contract is executed which then allows building activities to commence (once the land settlement has completed).

However for common house designs, we can build and offer the house as a turnkey scenario for sale to you or for rental to you once the building activities have been completed. Please note that this Turnkey scenario option will not apply to unique or bespoke house designs, which have inherently more risk.

Where practicable the house design chosen by you, should also be compliant with as many elements of the Your House Good House Design Guidelines which can be found here. This will ensure that the ongoing costs of the built house design are minimised.
